Timeline

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse. If it hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us and we'll chase it down or make it right.

Cancelling an order

If you're ordering from the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel for any reason, without justification — and that right holds even if you've opened the parcel to look at the item.
